Yes, in this case we need written consent over email from the person who booked the order & the service cost may increase a bit in some cases which will be paid by you.
The customer should always give the invoice / bill of supply / delivery challan / bill of entry, or any other documents as required under GST law and rules. It is the responsibility of the customer to hand over these documents to the driver partners. In case bill is not available or not applicable, valid ID proof has to be shared with the pickup person, we may ask to share the soft copy of your identity proof with us.
You can pack your parcel depending on the type of item you are sending.
1. Documents/ Letters – pack in plastic document holder, sealed plastic bags, envelopes, small boxes etc.
2. Other small items – Carton boxes of relevant size, parcel bags, sealed plastics, etc.
3. Fragile, delicate items – Bubble wrap or cover with newspapers alongside if putting it in a box
4. Seal all the boxes with waterproof tape.
5. You can tie the items with strong strings.
6. If you are putting your valuables in bags or suitcase, it is your responsibility to safely lock your luggage.
7. Put the bill or receipt of your valuable inside, along with the parcel; if applicable.

3. Carry valuables yourself
4. Pack fragile items in bubble wrap
5. Secure all boxes with tape and rope

Yes, you can choose any future date and convenient time for the pickup while submitting the request.
Your service cost may change due to below reasons:
1. If loading & unloading time exceeds 60 mins.
2. If there are multiple modifications in pickup & drop off locations than the ones mentioned in the initial request.
3. In case you have any preferences, which incurs extra cost.
4. If the parcel is undeliverable at the drop off location & it has to be returned at the origin location.
You can only cancel the order within 2 hours of booking, you can call us to cancel or modify details of your booking.
Yes, only before pickup of the parcel. You can call us to modify your drop off address & we will calculate the new service cost and send the modified receipt to you.
