The following terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.hrcnc.in of Hardol Courier and Cargo, including all sections and services available on Hardol Courier and Cargo website. The viewing or use of this site will constitute your agreement, on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent, to all of the terms and conditions provided below.

Hardol Courier and Cargo can make future changes or modifications to such terms and conditions at any time without notice, and any subsequent viewing or use of the Hardol Courier and Cargo website will constitute the user’s agreement to the changes and modifications. There may be additional terms and conditions provided throughout the Hardol courier and Cargo website governing your use of particular functions, features, information and applications available through the Hardol Courier and Cargo website.

             1. Definitions

“Content” refers to information, graphics, products, features, functionality, services, and links on the Hardol Courier and Cargo website, including ‘Tracking’, ‘Our Services’, ‘Vehicles, ‘Corporate Solutions’, ‘Careers’ and ‘eSolutions’.
“We”, “us”, “our”, “Company”, “Hardol Courier and Cargo”, “HRCNC” refers to Hardol Courier & Cargo.
“you”, “your”, ”consignor” “customer” refers to yourself and/or the entity that you represent.

"Receiver” or “Consignee” refer to the recipient or addressee or the consignee of the consignment.

"Consignment" refers to any package, parcel, carton box, or freight which is or are given to and accepted by us for carriage under our Consignment Note.

             2. Use of the Hardol Courier & Cargo website

Hardol Courier and Cargo website is provided solely for the use of current and potential Hardol Courier and Cargo customers to interact with HRCNC and may not be used by any other person or entity, or for any other purpose. Specifically, all information provided on the website including pertaining to shipping, tracking, rating, receiving invoices, drop-off locations, identifying and preparing international documents, estimating duties and taxes, and other information and services may only be used by current and potential HRCNC customers for their own shipments. Unless indicated otherwise in the terms of use of a specific interactive feature on the HRCNC website, the use of the HRCNC website to provide information to or prepare shipments by or for the benefit of third party shippers is prohibited.

3. Hardol Courier and Cargo Registration

In order to use services provided by Hardol Courier and Cargo, you need to register on the Hardol Courier and Cargo website. The HRCNC website username provides you with access to various online services, including but not limited to ‘Tracking’, ‘Service Guide’, ‘Service booking’. The availability of these services varies by country. In the future, Hardol Courier and Cargo may add other features that may be accessed through the HRCNC website username. In such event, previously registered users may or may not be required to re-register for availing services offered by Hardol Courier and Cargo on the HRCNC website.
By registering on the HRCN website, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself as prompted by the HRCNC website username registration pages and maintain and promptly update your online profile information to keep it accurate and current.

Some of the HRCNC website services are being made available to customers based in some countries and not others. You agree to register only for the services offered on the HRCNC website for the country in which your HRCNC account is based. For example, if your HRCNC account is based in India, you will register for services offered on the HRCNC website specifically meant for India and not for services offered on any other website of HRCNC or its subsidiaries/associate companies.

When you register using the HRCNC website registration, you will enter your valid phone number, name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and registered phone number, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your login credentials. You agree to (a) immediately notify HRCNC of any unauthorized use of your credentials, and (b) ensure that you exit/logout from your session on the HRCNC website at the end of each visit.  

              4. Changes to the HRCNC website

The HRCNC website and its content, may be change or updated at any time without notice.

              5. Termination of Use

Hardol Courier and Cargo reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or modify the content of the HRCNC website at any time for any reason without notice, and HRCNC reserves universal rights to block, terminate or suspend access to particular user to some or all of the services on HRCNC website at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, even if access continues to be allowed to others.

              6. Ownership

The Hardol Courier and Cargo website and its content are protected by the laws of the Republic of India and applicable international intellectual property and other laws. Hardol Courier and Cargo and its logo, is the registered trademark of Hardol Courier and Cargo HRCNC does not convey to anyone, through allowing access to the HRCNC website, any ownership rights in the HRCNC website or in any content appearing on or made available through the HRCNC website. Customer are not allowed to copy, modify, translate, transmit, distribute, adapt, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the HRCNC website or it’s content thereof.

              7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Hardol Courier and Cargo disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, regarding any such Ccntent and your ability or inability to use the HRCNC website and its content.

Hardol Courier and Cargo does not warrant that the Content of the HRCNC website will meet all of customer's requirements or that its operations will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any defect within the HRCNC website will be corrected. Furthermore, HRCNC does not warrant nor make any representation regarding the results of customer's use of the HRCNC website in terms of capability, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. No oral or written information, representation or advice given by HRCNC or an authorized representative of HRCNC shall create a warranty.

              8. Limitation of Liability

Use of the Hardol Courier and Cargo website and its content is at your sole risk. The HRCNC website will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use the HRCN website and its content including without limitation, damage for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised HRCNC of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding the above, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in no event shall HRCNC’s total liability for any damages (direct or otherwise) or loss regardless of the form of action or claim, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, exceed INR100/-(Rupees One Hundred only) for domestic & Within City consignments. To the extent permitted by law, the remedies stated for you in these terms and conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these terms and conditions.

In case of lost items during the transit, HRCNC will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage or theft or misappropriation to / of the same. In the event of loss of any item, user(s) shall not have any right to withhold the payment to be made to HRCNC. Further, in the event any payments from the user to HRCNC are pending, HRCNC reserves the right, in accordance with the Applicable Law, to exercise particular lien over the consignment till full payment is made to Hardol Courier and Cargo for the Services. Additionally, User(s) will be liable to indemnify PORTER against any loss, damage or expenses incurred by it due to the custody of the consignment during this period.

             9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hardol Courier and Cargo and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of your activities conducted in connection with the HRCNC website.

              10. Hardol Courier and Cargo Conditions of Carriage

The terms and conditions for using the Hardol Courier and Cargo website and related services are contained in the most current version of the HRCNC Conditions of Carriage, which is available on request. The most current version of the HRCNC Conditions of Carriage will be applicable in the event of any conflict between any Hardol Courier and Cargo services or related service information on the HRCNC website. 

              11. Links to other web sites

There are links on the Hardol Courier and Cargo website that allows you to visit the sites of third parties. Neither these sites nor the companies to whom they belong are controlled by Hardol Courier and Cargo. HRCNC makes no representations concerning the information provided or made available on such sites nor the quality or acceptability of the products or services offered by any persons or entities referenced in any such sites.

Hardol Courier and Cargo has not tested and makes no representations regarding the correctness, performance or quality of any software found at any such sites. You should research and assess the risks which may be involved in accessing and using any software on the Internet before using it.  

              12. Terms & conditions to avail HRCNC Services

Below conditions apply to the customer using services offered by Hardol Courier and Cargo:

a) The customer shall pay the fare (as agreed), parking charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the Applicable Law or required to be paid for availing the Services of Hardol Courier and Cargo.

b) The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by the Company is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

c) The customer shall ensure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities while availing the service:

              d) Damaging the delivery vehicle or any other utilities involved in service processing

              e) Asking the driver to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose. The driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer.

              f) Pressurizing the driver to overload truck with the consignment than the allowed limit.
